18-Month Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: March 10 2024
Warranty Coverage Period: 18 months from the date of purchase

Coverage:
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or product malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Note: No refunds will be given during the warranty period only during the 30 days as stipulated under the refund & return policy.
Damages after the innitial 30 days from purchase will fall under the warranty policy.

Warranty Includes:

Defects in material or workmanship under normal use

Malfunctioning components not caused by user damage

Replacement or repair of defective units

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., drops, spills)

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc.) that do not affect functionality

Damage due to natural disasters or external causes (fire, flood, etc.)

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Do’s (What You Should Do):

Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Use the product according to the user manual

Contact our support team if you notice any issues

Report defects as soon as possible within the warranty period

Allow authorized service agents to handle repairs or assessments

Don’ts (What Voids the Warranty):

Don’t attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the product yourself

Don’t expose the product to extreme conditions (water, heat, chemicals)

Don’t use non-approved accessories or parts

Don’t ignore maintenance guidelines (if applicable)

Don’t continue using the product when it’s clearly malfunctioning
